APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance of your session. You will be responsible for half of the session fee ($80.00 – $120 depending on session booked) if cancellation is less than 24 hours.
The standard meeting time for a psychotherapy session is 60 minutes. Requests to change the standard 60 minute session need to be discussed with the therapist in order for time to be scheduled in advance.
Sessions that are missed without notice will be charged at the full rate of the session. Missed sessions are not covered insurance plans. This fee must be paid before or at the time of your next appointment.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unexpected illness at the provider’s discretion. Multiple missed appointments or late cancellations may result in termination of services.
